REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cplay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We deal in mobile signal boosters and provide installation services across Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida.

We follow a “No Signal, No Payment” policy to ensure complete transparency and trust.

1. Service Guarantee

  • You only need to pay once the mobile signal booster is successfully installed and you receive proper network signals.

  • If the booster does not work at your location after installation, you are not required to make any payment.

2. Refund Policy

  • Since payment is made only after successful installation, refunds are generally not applicable.

  • However, in case of advance/online payments made accidentally or in special cases, refunds will be processed after verification within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original mode of payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel the installation request before our technician visits your location without any charges.

  • Once installation is completed successfully and signals are received, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If installation is successful and signals are working, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.

  • Misuse, tampering, or physical damage to the booster after installation will not be covered under this policy.
